Carnaby Street – Fashion history, location of Don Arden’s office (Small Faces & Black Sabbath manager)

Courthouse Hotel – Former Magistrates Court where Brian Jones, Mick Jagger, Marianne Faithfull, John Lennon, Yoko Ono and Johnny Rotten stood trial for drug offences

The London Palladium – Biggest gig in showbiz – Beatles played in 1964, and everyone from The Damned to Johnny Cash, Marvin Gaye and Joan Baez has played here

Handel Hendrix House – self-explanatory! Step into the world of music history at Handel & Hendrix House, where you can explore the homes of two legendary composers, George Frideric Handel and Jimi Hendrix, in the heart of London.

The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Mayfair London – Bob Dylan stayed here in 62/63 (1st outside US trip) and was asked to leave because he played guitar and smoked weed in the lobby; he was back in 1966 when P McCartney came to visit him with an advance copy of Revolver

Curzon Square – This is the flat in which Keith Moon died in 1978; Mama Cass also died here. It was owned by Harry Nilsonn.

Known for its authentic dining and world-class entertainment and proudly boasting a Mayfair neighbourhood address, Hard Rock London was the first cafe where classes and Rock Glitterati mingled.

Opened in 1971, the exceptional cuisine only matches the wondrous surroundings. Next to the bar, you will see the guitar that started Hard Rock’s legendary reputation for exceptional pieces of memorabilia – Eric Clapton’s red Fender Leader II guitar.
