Explore the remarkable story of the world’s pre-eminent dramatist and the most excellent writer in the English language. Hear all about the struggle to rebuild the Globe, and bring Shakespeare’s story to life using a range of interactive displays and live demonstrations.
Tickets also include a 30-40 minute guided tour of the theatre with an expert guide, who will regale you with stories of the original Globe Theatre and the reconstruction process of the 1990s.
Along the way, you’ll also find out how special effects were produced in Shakespeare’s day. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to add your voice to a scene recorded by Globe actors and create your own Shakespearean phrases in the word jungle.
