Your ticket includes a free one-way cruise between Westminster Pier to Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus. Bus tickets expire either 24 hours or 48 hours from the time of redemption (note: bus and cruise services do not operate through the night).

Hop-On Hop-Off Bus:
You can start your journey at any of our stops.

  • First buses: Westminster Bridge, 8:25; Tower Hill, 8:44; Buckingham Palace Gate, 8:58; Haymarket, 9:03.
  • Full route: 8:30 to 16:00 every ten minutes. 16:20 to 17:20 every 20 minutes.
  • Departures from stop 1 with Tower Hill as final stop: 16:10, 16:25, 16:30, 16:50, 17:05, 17:10, 17:30, 18:05 and 19:00
  • Departures from stop 1 with Haymarket as final stop :17:40, 18:00, 18:20
  • Departure from stop 1 with Grosvenor Gardens as final stop: 18:40.

River Cruise:

  • Your ticket includes a free one-way cruise between Westminster Pier to Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier.
  • You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus.
  • First departure (both piers): 10:00
  • Last departure (from Tower pier): 17:15
  • Last departure (from Westminster): 18:00
  • Departures every 40 minutes
  • Duration: Approx 35 minutes

Green Shuttle Service:

  • Departures are scheduled every 30 minutes between 9:00 and 16:30
  • Please note: there will be no shuttle service between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
  • During the service break, customers are advised to use Aldwych Stop 2 on the Red Route,
    (outside the Mamma Mia Theatre)
  • The Tour is not available on 25 December
  • If you choose to do one complete circuit this takes approx. 2 hours
  • You can hop on and hop off as often as you wish
  • Your ticket includes a free one-way cruise between Westminster Pier to Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus. Bus tickets expire either 24 hours or 48 hours from the time of redemption (note: bus and cruise services do not operate through the night).
  • E-tickets are valid on your nominated date, or on any other date during normal opening hours, for up to 30 days afterwards. All dates are subject to availability and the supplier reserves the right to alter its opening times/service at short notice. Tickets can only be used for one visit and will be taken in by the supplier upon exchange. Please note, you will require a printed copy of your ticket.

Ticket time starts at first use. This will be the start of your 24 or 48 hour ticket.
