Your ticket includes a free one-way cruise between Westminster Pier to Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus. Bus tickets expire either 24 hours or 48 hours from the time of redemption (note: bus and cruise services do not operate through the night).

  • Stop 18: Haymarket, 09:03 – 17:03
  • Stop 20: Westminster Bridge (the London Eye side), 8:55 – 17:17

First buses and last complete departures on Blue Route:

  • Stop 17, Marble Arch, Park Lane, 08:50 – 16:50
  • Stop 29, Gloucester Road, 09:09 – 17:09

First buses and last complete departures on Green Route:

River Cruise:

Your ticket includes a free cruise on the River Thames. The 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. The 48-hour ticket includes a same day return trip to and from Greenwich Pier.

You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus.

Departures every 40 minutes

Duration: Approx 35 minutes

24-hour river cruise ticket:

  • First departure (both piers): 10:00
  • Last departure (from Tower pier): 18:55
  • Last departure (from Westminster): 19:20

48-hour river cruise ticket,

  • First departure to Greenwich (from both piers): 10:00
  • Last departure to Greenwich from Westminster Pier: 16:00 (No return)
  • Last departure from Greenwich to Westminster Pier: 17:50

 

  • The Tour is not available on 25 December
  • If you choose to do one complete circuit this takes approx. 2 hours
  • You can hop on and hop off as often as you wish
  • Your ticket includes a free one-way cruise between Westminster Pier to Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus. Bus tickets expire either 24 hours or 48 hours from the time of redemption (note: bus and cruise services do not operate through the night).
  • E-tickets are valid on your nominated date, or on any other date during normal opening hours, for up to 30 days afterwards. All dates are subject to availability and the supplier reserves the right to alter its opening times/service at short notice. Tickets can only be used for one visit and will be taken in by the supplier upon exchange. Please note, you will require a printed copy of your ticket.
